Overview
I’m working with a private energy infrastructure company operating large commercial plant rooms and heat networks across London and the South. They’re looking for a Lead Commercial Gas Engineer to take ownership of major plant, support other engineers, and stay hands-on.
The role
- Servicing & fault-finding commercial gas boilers (typically 1MW+)
- PPMs, reactive works, planned repairs
- Working on pumps, valves, heat exchangers and associated plant
- Joining the on-call rota (1 in 4)
- Acting as technical lead on site
What you’ll need
- Commercial Gas Safe (TPCP1 / BMP1)
- NVQ Level 3 Gas / Heating
- 4+ years in commercial plant rooms
- Confident on large boilers (Hamworthy, Hoval, Ideal, Buderus etc.)
- Full UK driving licence

- £52,500–£60,000 base
