The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver
Starting on a temporary contract, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high‑pressure water jetting equipment.
- Working closely with a skilled operative, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.
Shift Patterns
- Day Shift – 06:00-16:30
- Night Shift – 17:00 – 03:30
Pay Rates
- Days – £36,036 Basic
- Nights – £45,058 Basic
- Bonus & Overtime available
Requirements
- HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.
- Will willing to undertake the physical aspect of the work.
- New pass HGV Drivers welcome to apply.
- Own transport to get to and from work.
