About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Drainage Surveyor to join our clients growing team, specialising in Section 104 (S104) pre-adoption drainage surveys. You will play a key role in inspecting, assessing, and verifying newly constructed sewer systems prior to adoption by water authorities. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drainage knowledge, hands-on surveying experience, and a solid understanding of adoptable sewer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out S104 pre-adoption CCTV drainage surveys and inspections
- Assess new sewer installations against adoption standards (e.g. water company requirements)
- Produce accurate, detailed survey reports and defect logs
- Liaise with developers, contractors, and engineers on-site
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend remedial actions
- Ensure all survey data is correctly recorded and submitted in line with industry standards
- Operate CCTV drainage equipment and related surveying technology
