Role Overview: As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of drainage engineers and tankering operatives, overseeing operations, coordinating projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a hands-on managerial role focused on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of drainage engineers and tankering staff.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily jobs to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee and review quotations for drainage projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex jobs.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, to standard, and within budget.
