Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor to support the delivery of drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple lining crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while working closely with the Operations Manager.
The Role
- As Drainage Lining Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple projects, including:
- Supervising CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programme
- Carrying out regular site visits, monitoring performance, quality and Health
