Vector Recruitment Solutions are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traffic Management Supervisor on behalf of our client, an expanding infrastructure services provider in the South East. The Job Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, supervise staff, and mentor employees to maximise productivity and performance. Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and manage work schedules to ensure seamless operations. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and Local Authorities to meet requirements while ensuring best value. Compliance: Guarantee adherence to internal procedures and external legislative standards. Administrative Oversight: Manage timesheets for direct and subcontract labour. Custom Solutions: Oversee the production of bespoke traffic management signage. Health & Safety: Lead and manage all health and safety matters on site. Innovation: Develop and implement systems to adapt to evolving business needs. Requirements Strong supervisory experience within the Traffic Management industry. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience with National Highways, local authority highways maintenance, and utility works. Lantra Sector Scheme (12AB / 12D), Streetworks Supervisor, IOSH and SSSTS would be advantageous.
