About the Role
We are looking for an Inspection Lead to take ownership of our clients statutory and contractual inspections programme across a wide portfolio of assets. You will be pivotal in driving high-quality, efficient delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture. Based at one of our clients offices in the South East (Dartford, Leatherhead or South Mimms), you will work closely with Asset Delivery Leads, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders to define inspection strategies, manage team performance, and ensure quality outcomes across the board.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end inspection programme across multiple asset types
- Define inspection processes, unit cost targets, and delivery models
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and asset management teams
- Lead and develop a large inspection team, including supply chain partners
- Monitor budgets, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement
- Report progress and risks to clients and senior leaders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale inspection or planned work programmes
- Strong team leadership and project management capabilities
- Familiarity with UK safety legislation and inspection compliance
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) desirable
