As a Group Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our procurement strategy. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within utilities, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with civils, utilities, and/or M&E supply chains.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field (Master's degree or CIPS certification desirable).
  • Deep understanding of procurement best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
