About the Role Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Drainage Engineers to join our clients team. This is a hands-on role suitable for professionals with a background in both commercial/industrial and domestic drainage work.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues, using high-pressure water jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and carrying out minor repair works such as small excavations and lining or patching.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve blockages across domestic and commercial sites
- Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment
- Conduct CCTV surveys and assessments
- Carry out minor drainage repairs, including excavations, lining, and patching
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the drainage industry (essential)
- Experience with high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ card preferred)
- Familiarity with CCTV drainage equipment
- Ability to work on both domestic and commercial sites
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality service
Desirable (but not essential):
- Confined Space certification
- NRSWA qualification
