About the Role Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Drainage Engineers to join our clients team. This is a hands-on role suitable for professionals with a background in both commercial/industrial and domestic drainage work.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues, using high-pressure water jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and carrying out minor repair works such as small excavations and lining or patching.
Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve blockages across domestic and commercial sites
  • Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment
  • Conduct CCTV surveys and assessments
  • Carry out minor drainage repairs, including excavations, lining, and patching
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the drainage industry (essential)
  • Experience with high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ card preferred)
  • Familiarity with CCTV drainage equipment
  • Ability to work on both domestic and commercial sites
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check
  • Flexibility to work overtime and on-call
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality service

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Confined Space certification
  • NRSWA qualification
  • Experience in small-scale excavation, lining, or patching
