We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Electronics) to join a Cambridge based R&D company who are developing state-of-the-art medical devices technology. You will be a dynamic individual looking to take the next step in your career. This integral role will see you become the figurehead for electronics design and development, running a small team and overseeing product development to launch, liaising with customers, fostering relationships, project management and being the conduit between the development team and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:- Excellent academics – At least a 2:1 Degree in electronic engineering or physics or a relevant discipline from a top University.
- Skilled in project management.
- Experience working as a Technical Lead / Project Manager / Mentor.
- Recent and extensive experience in analogue and digital design. (This is a hands-on role)
- Skilled in embedded software development (C / C++).
- Proven track record of electronic circuit design and electronic system design innovation.
- Practical electronics skills (soldering, wiring, bench work, PCBs, etc).
- Previous experience in medical devices development beneficial.
- Full product development experience (from conception to prototype to manufacture) beneficial.
Salary: circa £80k - £95k + Bonuses + benefits
