We’re looking for practical, hands-on people to join the Vectis Refrigeration team on the Isle of Wight. You don’t need to be a time-served refrigeration engineer. If you’ve got strong mechanical or electrical skills (or experience in commercial catering, plumbing or general maintenance), enjoy solving problems, and want to build a proper engineering career locally, we’d love to talk.
- Local work across the Isle of Wight – no mainland travel
- Company van, uniform, tools and tablet provided
- Overtime paid time and a half after 40 hours
- Double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Engineers take part in a shared on call rota
