We’re hiring a Refrigeration Engineer – Isle of Wight. Vectis Refrigeration works across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and facilities systems across the island. Our engineers work locally on a wide range of sites including hospitality venues, supermarkets, schools, factories and leisure facilities. The role includes service, maintenance and installation work.
Typical systems:
- Commercial refrigeration
- Supermarket refrigeration systems
- CO2 and hydrocarbon refrigerants
- Air conditioning systems
- Heat pump systems
- Installation projects
- Planned maintenance and fault finding
Requirements:
- Experience with commercial refrigeration
- F Gas certification
- Strong fault finding skills
- Full driving licence
Beneficial experience:
- CO2 systems
- Hydrocarbon refrigerants
- CARE category systems
- IPAF or PASMA
- 18th Edition
- Installation experience
Training can be provided where needed. Engineers work locally across the island with a variety of interesting sites.
