Due to continued growth and long-term client partnerships we have a new vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing long term relationships with clients and identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.

The Role Work closely with clients and develop long term relationships.

Source candidates using job boards, Linked In, networking and internal databases.

Screen CVs and conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.

Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing strategies.

The Person Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or customer service (preferred but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
