Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT professional gained in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, distribution, or engineering
- Experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to office and production staff
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
- Monitor backups, antivirus, and system performance to ensure business continuity
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support requests
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers when required
- Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies and best practices
