A leading manufacturing group supplying the aerospace, automotive, defence and industrial sectors has a new vacancy for a HR Manager. Part of the senior management team, you will play an integral role in supporting business goals, strategic employee development and working with the senior executive team. Candidates are sought with experience with employee development strategies and ideally will have worked in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Develop and manage the company people strategy.
  • Management of Internal and External HR processes.
  • Provide support, training and advice to managers in best practice.
  • Implement, maintain and enhance the organisations performance management system.
  • Support managers to effectively manage and retain talent alongside succession planning and advise with learning and development initiatives and training events.
  • Continuously monitor and improve HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies in line with legislation across all business areas and the development of policies when required.
  • Manage the apprentice recruitment.
