A sector leading manufacturing group has a new vacancy for a Plant Human Resources Manager to join the company on a 12-month FTC. You will play an integral role in supporting business goals, developing employee engagement and providing effective support to the management team.

The Role

  • Develop strong working partnerships with colleagues at all levels in the business.
  • Manage own workload ensuring appropriate deadlines are met.
  • Provide support, training and advice to managers in best practice.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide advice on a full range of human resource matters.
  • Implement, maintain and enhance the organisations performance management system.
  • Support managers to effectively manage and retain talent alongside succession planning and advise with learning and development initiatives and training events.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies in line with legislation across all business areas.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive, ethical and can-do approach.
