The Role
- Develop and build relationships with key aerospace customers and potential accounts.
- Operate as primary contact for customer communications, ensuring timely updates and manage swift resolutions as necessary.
- Develop account plans aligned with business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end proposal management.
- Ensure contractual requirements are understood and achieved.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
The Person
- Proven experience in account management or a commercial position.
- A good understanding of the Aerospace sector.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships at all levels.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline advantageous (not essential).
