Following continued investment and business expansion, a leading manufacturer has a new vacancy for a Human Resources Manager to join the team. This is a key role, responsible for supporting organisational objectives, driving employee development initiatives and partnering closely with the senior leadership team. Candidates are sought with experience with employee development strategies and will have worked in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisations overall business objectives.
  • Review, update and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide coaching, training and advice to managers, promoting best practice and consistency.
  • Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Coordinate and promote learning and development programmes, training activities and career growth opportunities.
  • Champion effective communication and collaboration across all departments and teams.

The Person

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution (or similar).
  • Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, confidence.
