The Role

  • Develop and build relationships with key aerospace customers and potential accounts.
  • Operate as primary contact for customer communications, ensuring timely updates and manage swift resolutions as necessary.
  • Develop account plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end proposal management.
  • Ensure contractual requirements are understood and achieved.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.

The Person

  • Proven experience in account management or a commercial position.
  • A good understanding of the Aerospace sector.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships at all levels.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline advantageous (not essential).
