You will build relationships, win new business and develop into a high-performing Commercial Finance Broker.
This is a sales-focused position - if you are seeking a traditional finance analyst role, this opportunity will not be the right fit.

- Hands-on exposure to prospecting, client conversations, credit proposals, lender submissions and live transactions
- A clearly defined route to becoming a qualified Commercial Finance Broker
Earnings potential is significant, with uncapped commission once you move into a fee-earning role:
- £70,000-£85,000 in your first fee-earning year after completing the programme
- £85,000-£120,000 in Year Two
- £100,000-£150,000+ in Year Three
The culture is merit-based and performance-led, with progression tied to what you deliver. As you develop, additional benefits can include gym membership, car allowance and private medical insurance.
How the 24-month programme develops you:
- Months 0-6: build the foundations - learn the core finance products, lender landscape and customer profiles while developing confidence in outbound prospecting and opportunity generation.
- Months 6-12: move closer to the full sales cycle - work alongside an experienced broker, develop client-handling skills and learn how to prepare credit proposals and supporting documentation.
- Months 12-18: take greater ownership - begin managing smaller transactions from initial conversation through to completion, while gaining exposure to larger and more complex deals.
- Months 18-24: refine your commercial and sales approach - broaden your exposure to senior leadership and prepare to qualify into a commission-generating broker role.
