You will build relationships, win new business and develop into a high-performing Commercial Finance Broker. As part of the Graduate Finance Broker pathway, you will receive: The opportunity to join a newly launched London office and grow with the team Dedicated 1-2-1 mentorship and coaching from Sales Directors and senior brokers A structured 24-month development programme, rotating through four six-month placements to build broad commercial, sales and client experience Hands-on exposure to prospecting, client conversations, credit proposals, lender submissions and live transactions A clearly defined route to becoming a qualified Commercial Finance Broker Earnings potential is significant, with uncapped commission once you move into a fee-earning role: £70,000-£85,000 in your first fee-earning year after completing the programme £85,000-£120,000 in Year Two £100,000-£150,000+ in Year Three The culture is merit-based and performance-led, with progression tied to what you deliver. How the 24-month programme develops you Months 0-6: build the foundations - learn the core finance products, lender landscape and customer profiles while developing confidence in outbound prospecting and opportunity generation. Months 6-12: move closer to the full sales cycle - work alongside an experienced broker, develop client-handling skills and learn how to prepare credit proposals and supporting documentation. Months 12-18: take greater ownership - begin managing smaller transactions from initial conversation through to completion, while gaining exposure to larger and more complex deals. Months 18-24: refine your commercial and sales approach - broaden your exposure to senior leadership and prepare to qualify into a commission-generating broker role. As a Graduate Finance Broker, you will: Conduct outbound sales activity to generate interest, identify opportunities and build new client relationships. Use a consultative sales approach to understand a client's business, funding needs and commercial priorities. Develop knowledge across a broad range of commercial finance products and lenders. Prepare proposals and credit applications, working with clients to gather relevant documentation. Work alongside senior brokers and Sales Directors on live opportunities and transactions Accurately record activity within the CRM system. Build and manage a live pipeline of opportunities. Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you progress through the programme. Who is best suited to this role?
