The role: We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Campaigns Manager to take ownership of VeChainās key marketing campaigns; spanning ecosystem-wide initiatives like the VeChain Renaissance and ongoing growth of VeBetter, to integrated partner campaigns and relaunch of the VeWorld wallet / āsuper appā. This person will be responsible for developing strategy, creative design, managing execution, and ensuring timely measurement and reporting across all campaigns. You will act as the central coordinator across departments, ensuring clarity of planning and consistency of output. Youāll bring structure, momentum, and creativity to campaign execution, ultimately helping VeChain build stronger connections with key segments: community, builders, partners, token holders, node holders, institutions, and more.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience running integrated campaigns in Web3. They will be hands-on, comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns, and thrive in cross-functional settings with a proactive and collaborative approach.
What Youāll Do: Individuals in this role would be responsible for a variety of activities including:
- Develop and execute strategic campaign plans aligned with key initiatives like the VeChain Renaissance, VeBetter, VeWorld relaunch and always-on Partner marketing.
- Act as the campaign owner for each initiativeāleading on timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Design, Comms, BD, and DevRel teams.
- Create tailored campaign strategies for different target groups including builders, partners, institutions, token holders, and node holders.
- Build and maintain a ācritical pathā for each campaign, ensuring clear ownership, delivery timelines, and visibility across teams.
- Manage 2ā3 major campaigns concurrently from planning through to execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Bring structure and repeatability to VeChainās partner marketing efforts, ensuring consistent activation and follow-through for ecosystem collaborators.
- Oversee the development of campaign assets in coordination with internal teams and external partners or agencies.
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns against defined metrics, using data and insights to refine and improve.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Ecosystem and BD teams to ensure channel alignment and message consistency.
- Identify and share insights on industry trends, audience behaviours, and successful campaign tactics to inform future planning.
- Recommend tools and partnerships that can help optimise, automate and/or enhance our campaign activity to continuously improve what we do every day.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end campaign ownership, from strategy and planning through to measurement and optimisation.
- Familiarity with the Web3 value chain, culture, memes, narratives, and online communities.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.
- Clear understanding of campaign funnels and how to deliver results across different user segments and campaign objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a self-starter mentality.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering partner or co-branded campaigns.
- Familiarity with token holder communities and campaign strategies aimed at decentralised audiences.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.
