We are currently recruiting for a culturally fluent and creatively driven Social Media Manager to join a niche fragrance brand with a cult global following. This hybrid role is based in London and offers the opportunity to help shape the voice of a highly respected, founder-led beauty brand as it embarks on an exciting next phase of growth. They are a 20-year-old, founder-led fragrance brand with a cult following and a creative, entrepreneurial culture. With a presence in London and Berlin, they are known for their innovative and distinctive identity in the niche fragrance world. Their products are stocked internationally and celebrated for their unique concept and storytelling.
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the brand’s organic social media strategy and execution across key platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure the brand’s social presence drives engagement, relevance, and affinity. You will manage content calendars, oversee community engagement, integrate campaigns across channels, and contribute strategic insights that shape brand storytelling. This is a pivotal brand-side role for a strategic thinker with a strong editorial eye and cultural fluency.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and execute social media strategy across all key platforms.
- Maintain global content calendar and ensure content is timely, on-brand, and optimised.
- Partner with external agencies on content creation and influencer activations.
- Lead daily community engagement and ensure consistent tone of voice.
- Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity.
- Report on social performance and feed insights into future planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social into broader campaigns.
- Align organic and paid strategies with creative input into paid campaigns.
- Develop global toolkits and ensure brand consistency across all social content.
- Experience in social media within a premium fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and user behaviour.
- Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
