We are currently recruiting for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Executive to join a fast-paced, innovation-led beauty brand based in London. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging social-first content and supporting brand growth across UK and international markets. Our client is an award-winning beauty business known for its innovative product development and strong focus on vegan and cruelty-free formulations. Operating across multiple international markets, the brand combines creativity with a strong commercial approach, maintaining a reputation for staying culturally relevant within the fast-moving beauty industry. This role sits within the marketing function, supporting senior marketing leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will take ownership of social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with wider campaigns and commercial priorities, while contributing to growth across both UK and US audiences.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day activity across social media channels, including content scheduling and publishing
- Create engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging formats
- Film, edit, and deliver high-quality social-first creative assets
- Align social content with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities
- Monitor and respond to community engagement including comments and direct messages
- Identify and react to trends, cultural moments, and platform updates in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners to deliver content
- Support the planning and execution of content calendars
- Track and analyse performance across social channels, providing insights and recommendations
- Identify high-performing content and support amplification opportunities alongside wider marketing activity
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms within a beauty or lifestyle environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
- Confident in content creation, including filming and editing
- Passion for beauty, social media, and digital culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised, and highly collaborative approach
- Strong awareness of trends and audience engagement strategies
- Experience working across international markets (US exposure beneficial)
