A fast growing British beauty brand is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Regulatory Affairs Executive to join its Product team. Our client is a luxury skincare brand renowned for combining innovative skincare science with a rich heritage approach to beauty. Role: Regulatory Affairs Executive
Reporting to: Product Director
Location: London
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and organising product and technical documentation for UK and global registrations
- Managing and maintaining product registrations on CPNP and UK SCPN platforms
- Coordinating international product registrations with global partners
- Supporting the implementation of MoCRA and FDA regulations within the US market
- Assisting with product registration requirements for the Chinese domestic market
- Creating and maintaining INCI lists and ensuring packaging updates are accurate
- Supporting regulatory review and approval of packaging artwork
- Maintaining master product information databases and technical documentation
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance related queries across the business
- Supporting the NPD team from both a regulatory and administrative perspective
- Coordinating annual Leaping Bunny documentation
- Monitoring cosmetic regulatory updates and communicating key changes internally
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Cosmetic Science degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a cosmetic regulatory or compliance role
- Understanding of global cosmetic registration processes
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation files and technical documentation including PIF and CPSR
- Experience using CPNP, SCPN, and/or global product registration portals
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
