Role Overview
As Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive performance across all retail channels. Reporting to the marketing leadership team, you will manage trade marketing initiatives, oversee activations, and ensure consistency in messaging and brand experience across all retail partners. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and hands on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and activations across all channels.
- Coordinate retailer launch plans and evaluate post-launch performance.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful in-store presence through merchandising, POS, and visual updates.
- Plan and deliver engaging in-store activations and multi-channel campaigns to drive visibility and sales.
- Lead retailer training, communication, and relationship-building initiatives.
