We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing and disruptive beauty brand shaking up the haircare industry in the UK. They are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Development Manager to join their team.

With a presence in top UK retailers and a commitment to sustainability and simplicity, they are transforming the haircare and beauty landscape.
As the Product Development Manager, you’ll lead in the end-to-end delivery of new, innovative beauty products/ categories, from creative conception through to launch.
Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful and trend-driven beauty products.
Responsibilities:
Drive product innovation aligned with brand and market trends
Oversee the full product development lifecycle
Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research
Partner with design, marketing, and supply chain teams
Manage formulation, packaging, and compliance processes
Develop and track timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers
Champion sustainability in product creation
Monitor and improve post-launch product performance
Requirements:
Experience in beauty product development, preferably skincare and hair.
Team and project management experience
Strong supplier relationship management skills
In-depth knowledge of skin/ hair care ingredients and claims
Understanding of the EU beauty regulatory landscape
