About the Role

They’re looking for a Product Development Executive to support their product pipeline and help bring bold beauty concepts to market. Reporting to the Head of NPD, you’ll be instrumental in launching new collections and refining their existing lines. This role blends creativity with precision - you’ll be juggling multiple projects, liaising with internal departments and international suppliers, and ensuring their product launches run smoothly from concept to shelf.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage multiple product development initiatives at once, overseeing each stage from concept to final delivery.
  • Take ownership of critical paths, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, while communicating any risks or delays to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, supply chain, marketing and commercial teams to bring ideas to life in line with brand objectives.
  • Monitor beauty industry trends and competitor activity, transforming insights into commercially viable product concepts.
  • Draft comprehensive product briefs and ensure all technical details are accurate and up to date.
  • Support packaging and artwork processes, reviewing files and ensuring legal and compliance checks are in place.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers across Europe and Asia, ensuring clear communication of product specs and development timelines.
  • Stay on top of regulatory requirements, helping manage documentation for safety assessments, compliance testing, and global market readiness.

What You’ll Bring
