We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing beauty brand based in the North West (UK). This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Product Development Assistant to support the creation and delivery of innovative colour cosmetics products while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the day-to-day delivery of product development projects across colour cosmetics. You will assist with product testing, sample management, supplier communications and project administration, while helping ensure products progress effectively through the development process. The role will also involve providing support and guidance to Product Development Interns where required.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of new product development projects from concept through to launch.
- Coordinate product samples and track development progress.
- Assist with product testing and evaluation activities.
- Maintain project timelines and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to support product development initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help organise product information, specifications and development records.
- Support the onboarding, training and development of interns when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within product development processes.
Requirements
- Background within product development, NPD, beauty, cosmetics or consumer products.
- Experience supporting product testing and sample management activities.
- Knowledge of product development processes and project coordination.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience communicating with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
