We are currently recruiting for an established luxury beauty brand seeking a UK Retail Manager to drive sales performance, retail excellence, and customer experience across the UK market.

As UK Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and executing the UK retail strategy across a network of premium retail partners.
Reporting into the UK Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through effective retail operations, team leadership, visual merchandising excellence, and strong retailer relationships.
This is a highly visible field-based position requiring regular travel across the UK and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the UK retail sales strategy and ensure commercial targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partner management teams.
- Regularly travel across the retail estate to provide coaching, support, and commercial guidance.
