We’re exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s fastest‑growing beauty brands to hire a TikTok Shop Manager. We’re looking for a passionate TikTok Shop expert to own and elevate the channel, driving both performance and revenue. In this high‑impact role, you’ll work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to deliver creative, platform‑led campaigns - bringing strong knowledge of TikTok behaviour, ecommerce trends, and how to convert attention into sales. It’s an exciting opportunity to step into a rapidly growing niche and make a measurable difference within one of beauty’s most talked about brands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and refining strategies to boost traffic, sales, and engagement across promos, content, affiliate seeding, and TikTok Live
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key performance metrics
- Building strong relationships with TikTok reps and staying ahead of trends, competitors, and platform updates
- Managing creators and affiliate partners, and working with Marketing to foster a highly engaged community
- Organising and optimising product listings, bundles, and promotions within TikTok Shop
What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on TikTok Shop experience; whether in‑house, agency-side, or within TikTok itself
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of making data‑driven decisions to maximise ROI
- Proven experience creating and scaling affiliate campaigns within TikTok Shop
- Ability to shoot, edit, and optimise content using TikTok tools or third‑party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and platform partners to deliver high‑performing campaigns
