Your role will be pivotal in managing store launches, events, retail reporting, and profitability, ensuring that the brand delivers an exceptional customer experience while meeting commercial objectives.
Responsibilities- Create and deliver weekly and monthly trade reports in collaboration with the wholesale and retail field teams, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise performance.
- Manage store profitability, analysing P&L data, identifying margin leaks, and implementing cost‑saving measures.
- Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations, including logistics, inventory flow, and back‑of‑house processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Coordinate staffing and rotas, balancing labour costs with peak periods to maintain excellent customer service.
- Lead operational delivery of in‑store launches, pop‑ups, and events, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
- Drive data‑led insights using Excel and AI tools to streamline reporting, analyse trends, and inform business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modelling) to automate and enhance reporting.
