We are currently recruiting for an established and fast‑paced beauty and lifestyle business, seeking a Midweight Designer to join their London-based team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse product portfolio, contributing to creative output across digital, print, packaging and retail environments. Our client is a globally recognised beauty and personal care business with a strong presence across multiple product categories. Operating within a dynamic and trend‑led environment, the brand is known for its creative approach and collaborative culture. With international exposure across campaigns and partnerships, the business continues to expand its creative capabilities and global reach.

As a Midweight Designer, you will support the delivery of creative assets across a wide range of channels, including digital, print, packaging and retail. Working within a fast‑paced creative team, you will report into senior creative leadership and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all output aligns with brand direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver creative assets across digital, print and packaging
  • Produce engaging content for social media, including paid campaigns and organic platforms
  • Develop creative for web banners, email campaigns and retail point‑of‑sale materials
  • Support brand campaigns with visually consistent and commercially relevant design
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver creative aligned to brand strategy
  • Contribute to trend‑led, social‑first creative ideas across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Ensure all design work maintains a high standard of typography, layout and visual identity
  • Adapt and refine creative based on feedback from stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, print and packaging design
  • Background within beauty, fashion or lifestyle sectors preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects beneficial)
  • Experience creating content for social media, paid media and digital campaigns
  • Understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling
  • Strong eye for detail, layout and colour
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to design for retail environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative setting
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive and adaptable approach
