Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 per annum

This role is ideal for someone with early-stage experience in B2B marketing or experience marketing within a recruitment or professional services environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants by creating engaging content, strengthening our brand presence and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing and uploading job adverts to the website
• Creating blogs, social posts and wider B2B marketing content
• Designing pitch decks and marketing materials using Canva
• Campaign planning and execution across key marketing channels
• Managing LinkedIn content to grow engagement, brand visibility and reach
• Uploading team updates and new starters to the website
• Supporting consultants with branded materials, market insights and client/candidate content
• Helping deliver marketing strategies that support business growth and pipeline development

Requirements

We’re looking for someone creative, organised and eager to grow their marketing career in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. We’re seeking someone with a proactive, commercial approach to raising awareness and building our company profile, and who is confident taking ownership of the marketing function by creating engaging, high-quality content.

Additional Requirements

• Experience producing B2B marketing content (recruitment, professional services or similar preferred)
• Ability to use Canva to create professional, on‑brand materials
• Understanding of LinkedIn as a tool for business development and audience growth
• Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms
• Familiarity with marketing tech and a proactive interest in exploring new tools to support the function
• Consistency in branding and strong organisational skills
• Comfort working in a branding‑led, consumer‑focused industry
