We are looking for an immediate HR Administrator to help the team over a really busy period. As a HR Admin, you support the day-to-day administration tasks for Human Resources and Operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of these key areas.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the senior management team and contribute significantly to the organisation’s efficiency and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be a skilled multitasker with excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.

HR Admin Responsibilities:

  • Support administration for internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Help maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

  • Serve as point of contact with wider organisation on admin duties.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by helping perform reference checks and onboarding documents.

  • Maintain calendars of HR management.

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

  • Complete termination paperwork and keep records up to date

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational skills, * 2 years of experience as within a busy admin environment. Previous HR admin roles not essential.

  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills.

We are offering a salary ranging circa £25,500 per annum (depending on experience). The position is office-based, working 36.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

This role is inside IR35 and will be paid weekly on hourly rates and will be temporary covering 6-8 weeks initially with potential extensions.
