We are currently recruiting for a Global Beauty Brand Manager with an established international footprint and a strong portfolio across fragrance, beauty, and personal care. This hybrid role is based in London/Watford and offers the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of a fun, consumer-led brand with global ambitions.
Our client is a fast-growing beauty group operating internationally, with a diverse portfolio spanning fragrance, cosmetics, and personal care. The business is known for managing licensed and founder-led brands, combining creativity with commercial rigour, and delivering innovation across global markets. With strong UK foundations and international reach, they work closely with partners and local markets to drive brand growth worldwide.
This is a Global Brand Management position within a dynamic marketing team, reporting into a senior global brand lead. The role plays a central part in driving brand strategy, innovation, and global campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and international markets. The successful candidate will act as a key brand guardian, overseeing everything from new product development through to launch execution and global communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of innovation projects, from initial concept development through to global launch execution
- Lead product launches, overseeing communication strategies to ensure alignment with brand vision and market trends
- Own and evolve the social and digital marketing strategy, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
- Analyse consumer, category, and market trends to inform new concepts, future launches, and campaign optimisation
- Work closely with commercial teams to track marketing performance, including sell-out metrics and media investment efficiency
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive brand growth and competitiveness
- Brief, manage, and collaborate with agency partners to deliver creative assets and campaigns
- Oversee budgets, approvals, and the management of brand tools and systems
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across key online retail partners, in line with brand guidelines
- Prepare materials for key internal and external meetings, including presentations, samples, and display assets
- Act as a key brand representative when working with licensors and external stakeholders
Experience Requirements
- Experience in brand or marketing roles within beauty, fragrance, or a related consumer sector
- Proven involvement in product innovation and launch projects
- Strong understanding of social, digital, and influencer marketing
- Confident project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially aware, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail and an appreciation for design
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Collaborative and proactive approach when working with cross-functional teams
