Overview

We are currently recruiting for a pioneering beauty and lifestyle incubator based in London. Operating at the intersection of celebrity influence, digital culture, and consumer lifestyle, the group is seeking an Ecommerce Director to shape and lead the launch strategy for its portfolio of fast-growth brands.

This is a founder-led incubator building the next generation of beauty and lifestyle brands. Partnering with global tastemakers, creators, and cultural icons, the company transforms bold ideas into consumer-ready businesses. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies across a portfolio of emerging brands, ensuring scalability from launch.
  • Create brand-specific digital growth playbooks covering DTC, omnichannel, and performance marketing.
  • Oversee the build and optimisation of ecommerce platforms and consumer experiences.
  • Partner with founders and celebrity talent to translate brand storytelling into high-performing digital activations.
  • Establish robust data and analytics capabilities to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Recruit and lead a growing digital team to support future expansion.
Experience Requirements
  • Strong track record in ecommerce leadership within FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands, ideally in start-up or incubator settings.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with the ability to build structure in fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on approach—comfortable with both strategic planning and execution.
  • Deep knowledge of DTC commerce, growth marketing, and consumer analytics.
  • Experience working alongside founders, investors, or influencers to build new brands.
