As E‑Commerce Trading Manager, you will report into the Digital Director and play a key role in accelerating the brand’s global online growth. You will own day‑to‑day trading and merchandising across the DTC websites and Amazon, with responsibility for driving revenue, conversion, customer growth, and profitability. This role combines commercial trading, operational oversight, campaign execution, and team management, working closely with Brand, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, Supply Chain, and external agency partners.
Responsibilities:- Own day‑to‑day DTC trading performance across revenue, AOV, LTV, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead global trading calendars and website merchandising to optimise conversion and customer engagement.
- Own and manage the global GWP strategy, supporting trade objectives, forecasting, and margin targets.
- Manage product forecasting and support sales budgeting in partnership with the Digital Director and Supply Chain.
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting, alongside ad‑hoc performance analysis and insights.
- Line manage the Senior Customer Relationship Specialist, providing regular check‑ins, prioritisation, and development support.
- Oversee e‑commerce operations including order fulfilment, customer queries, technical issue resolution, and warehouse coordination.
- Manage website content and campaign execution in collaboration with Brand, CRM, and Paid teams, including homepage updates, landing pages, and NPD launches.
- Plan and execute key website activations, promotions, and launch moments to drive commercial performance.
- Ensure websites deliver an optimal, localised customer journey aligned with global digital strategy.
- Manage development and e‑commerce agencies, prioritising UX improvements, testing, and roadmap delivery.
- Oversee the Amazon channel with agency partners, including forecasting, promotions, stock planning, advertising strategy, and content optimisation.
- Proven experience in e‑commerce, online retail, or digital trading environments.
- Strong background managing and trading on Shopify Plus platforms.
- Demonstrated success driving online sales growth within a DTC business.
- Experience within beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and managing external agencies.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
