We are seeking a motivated Junior National Account Manager to join our client's UK Sales team, representing a leading mass fragrance brand. Based in North London, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with one day per week in the office. You will drive growth across national accounts, particularly within grocer and discount retail channels, by generating leads, managing relationships, and delivering sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain and update a database of prospects.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and challenges. Present and demonstrate products or services effectively.
- Sales Process Management: Assist in delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals. Support negotiations and help close agreements to meet sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support.
- Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Provide insights to the sales team to identify opportunities.
