A culturally influential, international beauty company is seeking an International Sales Manager to support and scale performance across both established (EMEA) and emerging markets.
This role sits within a lean, entrepreneurial commercial team and works closely with the Head of International Sales and Commercial Director, providing high exposure to senior decision-making and the opportunity to have a tangible impact on international growth. It will suit someone who enjoys combining commercial analysis, hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Support the Head of International Sales and Commercial Director with performance analysis, forecasting and commercial insight
- Monitor sales performance across multiple international markets, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities
- Own sales reporting, dashboards and data used at senior leadership level
- Support distributor-led markets, including order management, allocations and stock planning
- Partner closely with brand and trade teams to translate initiatives into commercial outcomes
- Improve sales processes, tools and ways of working to support scalable international growth
- Experience in international sales within beauty, luxury, lifestyle or fashion-led environments
- Exposure to distributor-led and multi-market retail models (EMEA OR EU)
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence in Excel and sales reporting
- Solid understanding of KPIs, forecasting and the end-to-end sales cycle
- Clear, confident communicator, able to support senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
- Fluent English essential; additional European languages advantageous
- Visa sponsorship can be considered
