We are recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a purpose led, fast-paced organisation operating in the luxury, beauty, and personal care product space. This is a high trust, high impact role suited to a proactive, organised, and discreet EA who is comfortable working at senior and Board level within a product-led environment. You will play a key role in enabling leadership to operate efficiently, managing complex priorities with confidence and professionalism.
The Role
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
- Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for Board and leadership meetings
- Handling sensitive correspondence and acting as a trusted gatekeeper
- Coordinating travel, itineraries, and expenses
- Supporting senior stakeholders with day-to-day administration
- Liaising confidently with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Ensuring information is handled with the highest level of discretion
Depending on the role, there may also be involvement in:
- Office coordination and day-to-day operations
- Supporting company events, leadership off-sites, and internal meetings
- Assisting with reporting, documentation, and internal processes
About You
- Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (CEO, Director-General, or equivalent)
- Has experience within luxury, beauty, or personal care product environments
- Is highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels
- Is comfortable working in an office-based role in London
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Experience supporting Boards, taking minutes, and working in regulated or product led environments is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a trusted, part-time EA role within a growing, product-focused organisation where your impact will be highly visible.
