Are you a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer who is looking to get involved in a broad array of high-quality and interesting work within a supportive, friendly and collaborative team?
The opportunity
Sitting within our expansive Real Estate department, headed up by Partner Michelle Bendall, and working closely with other Commercial Property lawyers, you'll undertake varied non-contentious work for a wide range of public and private sector clients - from small regional organisations through to larger national institutions and household names. Your work will include property development, landlord and tenant, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, property and estate management (on a national basis) and commercial property work for our well renowned Charities and Education sectors.
You'll be working at our newly refurbished, waterfront offices in Bristol City Centre and we offer a hybrid and flexible working model to ensure a good work life balance.
About you
You'll be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) working around Associate level in a Commercial Property team. You'll bring your passion and experience of working with a variety of clients, including private individuals, corporations and institutional investors, and you'll be adept at tailoring your approach to meet their needs. With a track record of delivering technically strong, commercially aware advice, you'll have the ability to lead on complex matters and manage your client relationships with confidence and empathy. Some exposure to supervising colleagues will be beneficial but is not essential.
At VWV, we're open-minded about your career path - whether you're currently with a smaller local firm, a mid-sized regional firm, or relocating from a national firm, what truly matters to us is your ability, passion and aspirations within the Commercial Property field.
