Overview

Titan Secure UK Ltd (Part of the VEA Group) is a newly launched division focused on next-generation automotive security solutions. We are looking for an experienced Technician to provide senior back-office technical support to our field teams, ensuring smooth installations, repairs, and customer success.

What You Do

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to field operatives
  • Support integration of different automotive makes & models
  • Assist with installation and fault-finding of security systems
  • Analyse technical issues, interpret wiring diagrams, and guide diagnostics
  • Ensure safety and compliance with RAMS and electrical standards
  • Collaborate with teams and maintain high-quality documentation

What We Offer

  • Salary: £42,000 – £52,500 (depending on experience)
  • Office-based role with occasional on-call requirements (7am-10pm cover)

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years experience in automotive electrical systems
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Level 5 preferred) in Auto Electrical or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostics and fault-tracing skills across multiple vehicle models
  • Proficiency in wiring diagrams, RF technology & automotive systems
  • Strong computer and technical communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (max 3 points) advanced licence preferred
  • Security clearable (BS/CTC, DBS required)
