Overview
Titan Secure UK Ltd (Part of the VEA Group) is a newly launched division focused on next-generation automotive security solutions. We are looking for an experienced Technician to provide senior back-office technical support to our field teams, ensuring smooth installations, repairs, and customer success.
What You Do
- Provide Level 2 technical support to field operatives
- Support integration of different automotive makes & models
- Assist with installation and fault-finding of security systems
- Analyse technical issues, interpret wiring diagrams, and guide diagnostics
- Ensure safety and compliance with RAMS and electrical standards
- Collaborate with teams and maintain high-quality documentation
What We Offer
- Salary: £42,000 – £52,500 (depending on experience)
- Office-based role with occasional on-call requirements (7am-10pm cover)

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience in automotive electrical systems
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Level 5 preferred) in Auto Electrical or equivalent
- Strong diagnostics and fault-tracing skills across multiple vehicle models
- Proficiency in wiring diagrams, RF technology & automotive systems
- Strong computer and technical communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (max 3 points) advanced licence preferred
- Security clearable (BS/CTC, DBS required)
