Role Overview: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Civils Runner to join our team in Manchester. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our yard and site activities, providing support to our field teams, and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from deliveries.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites.
- Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the yard and stores.
- Clean and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment as required.
- Support site teams with day‑to‑day operational and logistical tasks.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age 25 (for insurance purposes).
- Full, valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
- Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
