The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Fiber / Flex Supervisor shall be responsible for all site drive activities related to underground, overhead, and splicing activities, as well as the handover approval process. They will compile all site files going out to and coming back from the Contractors/Teams and assist the Project Managers with administrative functions. The supervisor shall ensure the completeness and accuracy of the site file and As-Build documentation required for invoicing.

Site Management

  • Submit 100% accurate site reports within 48 hours.
  • Conduct daily Health and Safety Audit Reports.
  • Perform daily Quality inspections and reports.
  • Measure the accuracy of project actuals.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications.

Business Process Management

Governance

  • Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures.
  • Follow VEA TELECOMS UK Business Ethics and Values.

Operation

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of documentation and final file submissions.

Key Tasks and Operational Responsibilities

  • Follow set timelines.
  • Compile project documentation through the PM.
  • Receive confirmation from PM regarding the appointed Contractor/Team.
  • Follow the Variance Order procedure where applicable.
  • Assist the PM in tracking the project.
  • Identify potential issues for the PM.
  • Attend weekly feedback sessions with the PM.
  • Perform quality checks during work in progress.
  • Conduct daily health and safety audits.
  • Accept completed work by contractors/teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
  • Provide professional client services.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and collect necessary documentation.

Business Process Management

  • Escalate limitations and unresolved queries.
  • Take necessary measures to meet targets.

Client and Vendor Management

  • Liaise with contractors.
