The Fiber / Flex Supervisor shall be responsible for all site drive activities related to underground, overhead, and splicing activities, as well as the handover approval process. They will compile all site files going out to and coming back from the Contractors/Teams and assist the Project Managers with administrative functions. The supervisor shall ensure the completeness and accuracy of the site file and As-Build documentation required for invoicing.

- Receive confirmation from PM regarding the appointed Contractor/Team.
- Follow the Variance Order procedure where applicable.
- Assist the PM in tracking the project.
- Identify potential issues for the PM.
- Attend weekly feedback sessions with the PM.
- Perform quality checks during work in progress.
- Conduct daily health and safety audits.
- Accept completed work by contractors/teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Provide professional client services.
- Liaise with subcontractors and collect necessary documentation.
