VEA Civils is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee water and civils contracts across the South, with projects primarily based in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

Pay Options
- PAYE: £18 per hour

Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS Card (essential)
- EUSR SHEA Water (essential)
- National Water Hygiene (Blue Card) (essential)
- NWSRA Supervisor qualification (essential)
- First Aid at Work (valid)
- EUSR Category 1 & 2 (essential)
- Proven experience managing water or civils contracts
- Full UK driving licence preferred (due to multiple sites)
- Strong understanding of site safety, RAMS, and project delivery

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across a range of water infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This includes supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and delivering works to programme and specification.
