Role Purpose: Provides deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, supporting live operations while contributing to the design and delivery of functional enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain complex workflows, approvals, and business rules across Oracle SaaS modules.
- Act as functional authority for master data and structural changes.
- Support requirements definition for new change initiatives.
- Lead Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as a senior functional escalation point for production issues.
- Support reporting and analytics using standard Oracle tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Functional Expertise: Strong experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, and/or EPM.
- Delivery: Lead functional roles on major Oracle programmes.
- Testing: FAT, UAT coordination in complex environments.
- Stakeholders: Comfortable engaging business and technical teams.
Qualifications (Desirable): Oracle Fusion functional certifications. Experience in regulated or public-sector environments.
