RPA Test Analyst

Overview

Clearance: (requires NPPV Eligibility) Test Analyst with min 5+ years of experience in RPA testing using an RPA tech stack including Power Automate, UiPath, and Blue Prism.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for complex, multi-layered systems
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and reliability
• Automate regression and performance testing across cloud and RPA workflows
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and data scientists to ensure robust delivery
• Build reusable test assets and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in testing enterprise applications (.NET, Azure)
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
• Familiarity with AI model behavior and prompt engineering
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for precision
• Bonus: Experience with Power Platform, JSON validation, or agentic frameworks
