Key Responsibilities:
- Gather HR requirements and design HCM solutions
- Configure Core HR, Absence, Payroll interfaces, Time & Labour, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent, and Help Desk
- Configure employee and manager self-service and approval workflows
- Support integration with Payroll and ERP systems
- Support HR data migration validation
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer
